Store credits are exclusive reward program for the customers.

Customers earns :-

1. 100 credits when he signs up
2. 10% of order value for his first two orders and 5% thereafter on every order.

COD option is in development phase, and will be available soon.

You may however, opt for any other secure mode of payment such as Net Banking Debit Card, Credit Card, or using an Online Wallet.

All your COD returns will be refunded to your bluehaat wallet.

For delivery of our product we handover shipments to Delhivery, India Post in a secured package.

Primarily we employ services of Delhivery, however depending upon location of delivery and other situations that can be changed.

For those location where services of Delhivery is not available we use services of India Post.

For tracking your order, go to My Account page. There you will get information about your past orders.

To track your order click on the Tracking Number.

We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request.

We accept returns within 15 days of the order. Please keep in mind while returning the product the packaging, tags & accessories are intact with product.

Raising a return request is simple, you just need to enter your registered email id or mobile no. and order # that you wish to return.

Your refund will be initiated within 3 working days after returned product reaches us.

Payment refunded takes time to reflect on the original source of payment, depending upon mode of payment.

Usually it takes 3-5 working days to reflect.

Our return and exchange policy last for 15 days after order placing.
